TERMS OF USE

Standard Check-in time is 12:00 PM and Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
All standard policies applicable to the hotel and hospitality industry shall apply where a specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the booking confirmation.
Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the substantive laws of the Republic of India. All disputes shall be subject to Satara jurisdiction only.
The resort is not responsible for any damage, loss, or disappearance of vehicles or belongings kept inside the parking area. Guests are advised not to leave valuable items unattended in their vehicles.
Vidhi Resort Tapola is not pet friendly.
Groups consisting entirely of male guests are not allowed at the property.

Bookings made under a Rooms and Breakfast rate plan are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will not be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be treated as non-refundable.
High-season dates, long weekends, and government/public holidays are non-refundable.
In case of a no-show without prior communication, the full booking amount will be charged.
A guaranteed reservation will be held for the guest until 6:00 AM on the day following the scheduled arrival date. After this time, the reservation will be treated as a no-show.
In case a guest wishes to change the booking dates, the existing reservation may need to be cancelled according to the applicable cancellation policy. A new reservation for the requested dates will be subject to availability.
Bookings for more than 3 rooms are non-refundable.

Any approved refund will be processed only to the same Credit/Debit Card, bank account, UPI account, or payment method used for making the advance payment.
Refunds may take up to 14 working days from the date of confirmation of the cancellation/refund.
Vidhi Resort Tapola shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, or other inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the resort.
Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, Acts of God, war, earthquake, riot, fire, storm, flood, explosion, government restrictions, changes in law, strikes, lockouts, or other unforeseen events beyond the reasonable control of the resort.
Vidhi Resort Tapola shall not be considered in breach of its obligations where accommodation or related services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Any personal information shared with us, including your name, date of birth, address, telephone number, identification details, payment information, and other booking-related information, will be treated as confidential and used only for legitimate reservation, communication, and service-related purposes.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and do not disclose it to third parties except where required for providing services, processing payments, complying with legal requirements, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
